Hi,
I am planning to purchase a flat in bangalore. The current owner is 3rd owner. I would be 4th if I purchase it.
The original sale agreement between the builder and the 1st owner is missing.
Though the original sale deed between builder and 1st owner is present (not missing). ie only the agreement is missing. sale deed is not missing.
How serious it is and what should i do to protect myself if I sell it in future?
