Get a good photographer and get pictures and also video if possible. take at least two witnesses with you or there are good people there who amy witness for you.This will be a sufficient proof for later registering a marriage in the court of law if you want to do so. Some of the tamples and churches do have a provision of even issuing a certificate of marrige by the performer. If they don't have a printed certificate then you can your self  take a typed a certificate and get it signed by the Poojari or the Priest.  Dont worry love is immortal. Do it today and enjoy life. soon after she comes from her home, visit some temple or church get married in front of the priest ask priest for witness in photo and if possible to get the video also, then get register it in your nearest sub-register office along with witness and get the marriage registration copy.

       girl from our village was in love with boy from same village. they got married but both lived at their homes and didnt tell anyone. but now her parents know all this and we dont know how they convinced their daughter to make false allegation on that boy that he abducted her and forced to marry. we have her photographs and videos with smile and happiness ,in marriage. and also whats app chat, sms, and call details. she also made false allegation on his friend. one of them is my husbund who was in mumbai at that day working in government office. so he cant be at that place. which is far away means 12 hrs required to go there.

     so i want to know what will be her punishment for false allegations. and what should we do.

I dont think there is anything to suggest on this.  If you think that you can elope the house for marrying each other, you should also know how and where to get married, so look for the ways to get married but see to it that your marriage will fall under special marriages act, the procedures for this is different to that of marriages of a particular religion.

Well, in your case, what is the stage of the complaint by the girl, whether she complained against your husband in the police station?, whether the police have registered a FIR?, if yes, you may ask him to challenge the case on the basis of documentary evidences in his possession about his employment away at a different place on that particular date and any other supporting evidences on his side.

Cohabitation based on such marriage can lead boy in rape charges.
