Maharashtra co-operative society bylaw

Dear Sir/Madam,

I esaclated the matter to our society committee (more than year ago) and Dy. registrar ( in June 2011) regarding billing and audit reports dissatisfaction, verification and corrections. There were Rs. X advance maintenance charges pending for settlement on our flat since many years as per reports. This X was paid by past owner from whom we bought flat, though, while purchaing the flat we were told to pay 6 months advance maintenance ( as lum sum without giving details for which months it will be used). As per purchase agreement our liability was from Nov 03 as per accounts and receipts given to us. This Rs. X was getting carry forward since then and was shown as advance payments on our flat in audit reports. Despite of our full and accurate maintenance charges payments in Mar09 report this X become X - Y =Z (Y is per month maintenance charges; Z is current outstanding advance), though, we had paid all months maintenace charges they used from X and our one month maintenance is not reflecting in accounts. What further action we can take? Dy. Registrar sent them a letter to fix the issues but scoeity committee used abusing and threatening language and behavior with me. So I told them we can't discuss & close like this. Society Commitee then sent a letter stating there is no access payments made by us and if other gaps in audits will be fixed and ask us to submit details of records.  Then we took the issue in AGM with all our records, in AGM also passing the buck game happened. After that we went to society committee office to discuss/submit the records but office was always closed or no one was there in office. I reported the latest status to Dy. Registrar bu now neither society committee nor Dy. Registrar responding. Please help what I can do next?

Regards

Write an application under RTI Act, to the Office of Dy.Registra and seek copies of every letter writen to them by you having their 'internal remarks' on each. This will creat movement on your matter at Dy.Registrar level, otherwise they will continue sitting on your matter or will give evasi replies. This is my personal experience and I have been able to get the justice by this method.
