Meaning of bond clause

 

Our client compnay has sent one of our employee abroad for 2 years  to acquire special knowledge on his field of employment.

 Our  client company is paying him the fee for the same.

they have added the following clause in the service bond.

"The employee  shall not at any time or times, without the consent of the employer, either during the term of his  fellowship or thereafter, disclose, divulge or make public technical or business know-how or information acquired by him in the course of  fellowship abroad."

He wants us to explain the meaning of the same.

This means the experties acquired by the employee will not be divulge to any one else, means any other entity or company  without the consent of the employee, during the trainning course aboard, or after the trainning process is over while working with the company in ordinary course of business otherwise it will amount to breach of trust.
