If an employee meets with an accident while on her way to office and she is travelling in an office vehicle during night shift (12 am), is the company liable to pay for the medical examination expenses like CT Scan, X Rays etc?

He can file claim In Motor accident Claim Tribunal or under workmen compensation Act.

In the instance case, the Company is bound to provide immediate medical treatment and then refer the employee to a ESI Hospital (if covered by ESI) or alternatively provide her the medical facility through corporate insurance. Otherwise also the Company is liable to pay the compensation under the workmen's compensation Act.
