Meeting chief justice or any judge of madras high court

hi, i have a lawyer engaged for a case, nothing is transparent with him. he has joined hands wirh the opposite side and dragging the case. now he is threatening us to part some portion of property with or he would deveate the case against us. what should i do? is there a way to meet the chief justice or any judge of High court chennai to submit both evidence agaist the lawyer and the opponant? please advice

Instead of meeting chief justice, terminate his vakalat.

even if you meet chief justice the moment you discuss details of case in private he will throw you out.  You can talk to judges in open court through your lawyer (or while defending your own case).

 

you can hire another lawyer. Do not think that chief judges is monitor  of advocates.
