Hi,
My name was changed from YYYYYY (in birth certificate) to ZZZZZZ (all other documents) when I was a minor. I no longer have the affidavit that was made originally. Other threads on this forum about similar topics suggest that paper clipping is enough, but as I was a minor it wasn't published anywhere.
I have to submit my birth certificate for passport now. Please guide me on how I should proceed next.
