I want to know a few things with reference to voice recording as an evidence in the court of law for criminal proceedings ?
1) whether mobile recording available in the mobile phone itself constitute evidence or not for criminal case
2) are there forensic labs which can authenticate the said mobile conversation belongs to the person or not
3) If someone says he or she will commit suicide with an intention to haress
and suggest any precaution if it has to be taken to make this mobile conversation strong enough to use in the court of law
