Dear Sir

Thanks for the document.

Sorry to object, but as far as my knowledge goes the Rental agreements are not enforceable as per the Indian legal system.

Here the rental if less than 11 months are called ""LEAVE AND LICENCE"" Agreement and if more than twelve months then 'LEASE' that needs to be registered as per indian Registraion Act.

Hence any Property Owners should not adopt the rental format as it would only put them in loss.

Please clarify the above point thoroughly, since i may be wrong...
