Hi,I'd like to know the following :--
1. whether a nominee has got the right to mortgage a deceased holder's National Savings certificates?
2.If surrendered to the post office,they will take 3-4 months or even more(which they do to get commision) to give the money,in that case what should one do to get the money within 7 days?
3.In case of the mortgage of property or documents of importance to a bank,what will one do if one hasn't got any income proof or guarantar?
