I have signed on M.O.U to sell a property with a Real estate company. It has very simple content. It says the name and address of the purchaser and seller and complete details about the property. But there is no closing date.
But there is a tricky statement
“In case of default vendor the agreement damage will be claimed by the above said person”
Can you please someone tell me what exactly this means
