State Government forms Industrial Facilation Council as per MSME act 2006. Government Departments say PWD,Electricity Boards etc entering in to contracts and if the payment is made belatedly due to lack of funds, the government departments will also pay the interest amount to the suppler as per act? AS the interest amount is general public money and the law makers are also penalised on their own ? is it correct or some exemption is available for state or central Covernment departments BUYERS under MSME act 2006?
