I have following queries, can any one answer the same ?
1) Can a Independent legal Practioner or Legal Firm keep their professional Business name other than
" ___ & Co" or " _____ & associates " ?
2) Is it compulsary to have colour of the Name Board in black and white. ?
3) what should be the size of Name Board ?
4) What are the guidelines of Bar council of Maharashtra regarding the same ?
