Respected Sir,
My brother Mr Raju J Sadiya is been arrested for consuming ganjas on 22nd Oct 2014.by Andheri police station Mumbai. The police neither shows any evidence or complaint copy. On 23rd the court grant the bail of Rs 7000/-. the police has file the false case and give negative answer. on the date police not been present the chargesheet in the court. Sir we are in deep trouble will this case be end in next hearing or not. And when and how will be the bail maoney be refundale.

case will not be close on next date of hearing. You brother should fight the case on merit.
It will be better to contact a lawyer.

False or true your brother has to contest the case. But there is nothing grave to fear about your brother consuming ganja. Just engage a good lawyer to defend your brother.
