May be some expert can guide me for my following case.
My grandfather is a farmer and currently owns agri land with his brothers. Somehow we don't want to make entry in that particular land to get a farmer title but instead want to purchase a new land on the name of my grandfather just to make the entry of all the sons, daughter and grandsons into the new land. For that, I need some suggestion for the minimum area of land to be purchased to make entry of all the members so that in future we don't find any trouble with our farmer status. We are total 15 members whose names we want to be enter. Agri land to be bought is in Gujarat state.
Please also throw some light on "Tukda Dhara" as well.
