My cousin brother sold out our eucalyptus trees which were planted in our agricultural land without any permission/intimation to us. This was done in Sep’12 when no member of my family (me, my mother and elder brother) is available in the village. I have made a complaint against him in our local police station. It is filed under the case under section 379. But the police has submitted his final report giving clearance to him.
Now what can I do in this case?
