Need help to buy agriculture land in maharashtra

you can verywell buy the agricultural land in Maharastra.take the search report of the land by local advocate for title for registration you can appoint another lawyer in sub registrar office to complete the formalities.

8.   Size, shape & dimensions of the plot

9.  Copy of Original title deeds

Any other document is reqired for verification?

This particular land there is no sale deed, the owner said he has only 7/12, look like govt alloted.

if there is no sale deed, how can I go ahead?

What is class II occupancy, do i need collector's permission to buy this land?
