Need urgent information - change in signature

Hi There,

I had a quick question - I am planning to change my signature on the passport, while I have read the process online and it seems simple, however, I wanted to check on the implications this may pose in the future. I had bought a property some time back which would have my old signature, would this create an issue if I try to sell it off later? 

Also, I don't intend to change my signature on the PAN card to avoid the hassle, is that okay? 

After I change the signature on the passport, can I use either of the signatures?

Please guide me on this.
