Negotiable instrument ordinance

Respected Sir relating to legal problems,

Please attach a copy of Ordinance, that has been passed in third week of Sept 2015, if attaching is not possibe let me know on where I can find it.And on which date it was reissued so that I can try more to find it out.

I am urgent need of it.

I found that it was reissued on 22.09.2015.

Thanks with regards for your information that it was reissued in third week of SEP 2015.

The ordinance has been repromulgated on 22nd September.  The jurisdiction will,be where the beach of the beneficiary is located.

Yes as ADVOCATE VINOD has informed it is reisssued by the PRESIDENT but till now only news has been given in media  by GOVT the actal ORDINANCE  will be avaiable in a day or two.
