I own one plot in society before 6 month.
When I start construction the society people come and ask me to stop it. They said that they have legal contract with previous owner which says that, no one can build any thing in this plot such that it prevents sunlight and fresh air to their house. I was not aware of this contract before I purchase this.
I need your help and suggestion on this issue. Is it possible to do this type of contract? In this way it is not possible to build a single house in city. Can I chalange this? Please guid me some steps so that I can follow it before starting construction again, so that society people can not halt it in middle.
