First of all thanks to reply of my last quirey, now i had another one as below
Is it not possible that in place of NOC for another job ( to be submitted at the time of interview) i should resign & my relieving orders be submitted to SSC. Will it work like NOC for which i am being herrassed presently. Guide me in this regard & give me ur good suggestions in this matter. I will be so thankful to u all.
