My mother is a non-agricultrist but her brother is an agricultrist . Since we are in karnataka , we can buy agriclture land only if we are an agriculturist .
My mother wants to buy an agriculture land , If Her brother gifts her the land can she become an agriculturist .and can she buy land . Is this even possible .
