Hi, Good Day for all !!
I am in need of clarification against the non implemented area of ESI. My Company is situated 20 km away from the City Corporation limit and also ESI SRO (Newly opened SRO in our area) Is there any area limit eventhough the employees in roll as per the specified ESI rules, for implementing the ESI coverage for the employees?
Or Where should I get the details for the above said question?
