I'd like to know if there is any standard format for publishing a Notice of Enquiry (NoE) in the local newspaper. I understand that it is suppose to be very concise. I have prepared a draft NoE. However, I would like to compare with the standard format, if any. Chargesheet dated 5/4/2014 is returned undelivered. Do we need to mention the reference to the Chargesheet in the NoE which is to be published in the Local Newspaper?
