Notice service

A divorce petition is filed and notice served by Registered post and summons. Registered post casme back as "unserved" and sumons with "wrong address". Address is correct and also used by other party in reply of "RCR notice".

Court asked to resend notices?  Is this normal process? how many times court can ask for resending notice?

This is in Andhra pradesh.

cpc has procedure to serve notices and in case of it's returns thrice, you have to apply for paper notice at the court.

A good judge will send a notice through U.P.C also which as good as good as a registered letter Option 2: Court can affix the notice on a prominent place in his house and get two signatures of witnesses[neighbours--Dhobi, maid servant]. Thum impression is solid evidence. Option 3: Newspaper publication. Newspaper guys sit in court premises for this purpose.
