NRI's who live abroad, don't have dual citizenship and own a residential plot or have a parental home in India that has been willed to them. How can they make sure their siblings or nephews etc. living next to these properties can not sell or take over these properties without their my permission and knowledge. Are there any laws protecting their rights ? What should they do to take advantage of these laws ?
