Dear Sirs,
When a permenant employee of Central Govt department appointed prior to 01.01.2004 under old Non Contributory Pension Scheme is submitting his TECHNICAL RESIGNATION for joining / take up New appointment in a Central University under Direct Recruitment ( applied through Proper Channel) is eligible for which are all the benefits sir ?
Note : The central university is not having Old Pension Scheme. Hence, whether the employee is eligible from parent department all the terminal benefits immediately on resignation or not ??
Also, pls give information related to pro-rata pension calculation.
