I have got flat registratered agreement in sub registere office and now builder denying to do sale deed and i bought OS Number and i have wrote the OS Number over the building and he is erased the OS Number,
shall we take action for this reason? what action to be taken for the same please

You do not have valid title and you can claim the same by filing suit for specific performace failing which all your efforts will go waste, and you will be treated as trespasser.

OS Number is in Court, it may take time to get degree, so till that time we have right to Put OS Number over the building right? those write up builder is erased, for this reason i am asking, he shouldn't erase right? for this can i take any action in the court?

Have you succeeded in that case? if not wait till the case gets decided . Mentioning OS number over the property is not a good idea. It will be counterproductive.Wait for the out come.

I am defendant and plaintiff has wrote os number on my house and shop can i erase it by painting on it is it offense what if I erase will happen what will be action on us from plaintiff side
