I am staying for the last 30 years in a house in the name of my father's maternal grand father. It is on Pagdi system. All the elders have passed away. I want to know if I have the right to sell it. If yes, then what % of sale amount will go to the current landlord? And how much will i be taxed on the sales proceed?
