Hello Lead Lawyers,
I have a Registered sale document number which needs to be cross-verified. I heard there is possibility of filing an application in Sub-registrar to get the details of all parties(Executant, Claimant,witnesses and Document Nominee..etc) invloved in the document.
What is the procedure or Which form has to be furnished for the above purpose.
