IS IT LEGALLY RIGHT . IF NOT WHAT IS THE ALTERNATIVE FOR THE EMPLOYER TO HOLD THE EXPAT IN HIS COMPANY TILL THE CONTRACT PERIOD IS COMPLETED. PLEASE CLARIFY
