Paternal property issue

Hello Indian lawyers,

This is utsav goyal from dewas. I am goinf through a really tough time and if some body can help me i would be really greatful.

Issue: We have a paternal house in dewas, initially which was on the name of my great grand father who had two sons, my grandfather and his brother, my grandfather had the only son as my father and his brother had two sons....

2-3 years ago due to some loss in the business the paternal property was named to my grandfather's, brother's son without my consent, which he mortagaged to get a loan, however he has cleared the loan now he is claiming full ownership of that particular property now, in which i believe i also have a share and which was named to him without my consent, is there a legal way out of this by which i can get my share, which i believe should be 50%, because of the nature of the family tree, in that particular property???

When you addressed "Hello Indian lawyers", I thought that you are from some other country, but turns out that you are also only from native Dewas!

You say that your great grand father had a property. You also say that two years back, "due to some loss in the business the paternal property was named to my grandfather's, brother's son".

Please indicate who named the property to your grand father's brother's son?

Dear friend

I reqired an urgent guidence and help ,

actully we bought a land which was in dispute between man and his aunti(aunty of that man gave hakka sod letter on 100 rs. stamp paper), but before we bought they got an permission to sale the property(agricultural land).now the property is on our name from last 1 year but they went in appeal .And lawyer of the man (from whom we bought) is harrassing us for money , we already gave 15000, now he want more money and he want we to make another lawer of his choice and enter in the case(very very urgent infact tommarow and saying it is a last chance,as he is telling that if we dont do such thing the case may go in opposition favour, even though court refuse to add us as a party and didnot send us any notice ,

so please help me as soon as possible and that lawer is lieing with us from starting but i dont know he is doing same now.
