I have a pay protection case in my present working Central Public Sector Unit. I had been deprived my pay protection since last 10 years. Now I want to appeal at out side of my company, either Industrial Tribunal/High Court. Please suggest how can I procced and to whom should be addressed. Is my company can take action against me?
