Subject: Non payment of translation work done for Lingo Solution Pvt Ltd by me for the last 6 months
Sir/Madam
Iam a Freelance English to Malayalam Translator.I did two translation works for a company named Lingo Solution Pvt Ltd,T-88C-2,2nd Floor,Near Dena Bank ,khirki Village,Saket, New Delhi through on line .I contacted the company proprietor Mr.Prabhat Kumar through phone and via e-mail at least 30 times.Every time he make false promises that he do the payment at the earliest.Last month he sent a cheque of 10,414/-of IDBI bank to my address (against total amount due to me Rs11600/-.for the work done in June and August)When I deposited the cheque in my bank for collection the cheque has returned to my bank with the comment "Stopped payment by the drawer".Now he is not taking the phone or responding to my mail..what can I do to release my genuine payment.The available company phone no is 011-66537606,9910388352
