Presenting claim(promotion) in labor court

You can file a petition in the concerned courts  by party in person and can argue. 

Did you seek the services of a counsel at the time of its drafting, presentation, admission, evidence or any other stage?

If yes, why do want to discontinue at the stage of final arguments?

Of course you can address your case before the court personally when you have no counsel appointed or disassociated due to any reason and did not want to appoint a new lawyer.

However,, it would be better to  have an advocate to argue your case, it would certainly be beneficial for you.

I feel it is an academic query, not your personal case, isn't it?

You can very well appear as a party in person in the court and submit your arguments and also can conduct the proceedings on your own.
