i belongs to tiny minority hindu community of north karnataka running in few 1000s, my neighbour is MATHADISH of dominating, influential north karnataka community. we have a boundary dispute, which arose because of manipulation of survey records by HIM by forgery etc, by which he claims my entire land of 4 guntas. he owns more than 11 acres, but still is behind my tiny piece of land. HE has filed a suit for possession in 2006 and is still in prelimanary stage.
Now my problem, every alternate month or week HE himself or thru his 100s of supporters, bhakts threthens me n my family using the choicest clour full foul langulge with Dire consequenses even to the extent of thretening me with my life. WHICH is actually not suited or unbecoming of a swamy. The language he uses may put most of us in SHAME.
i have already filed a complaint in POlice who are dealying Filing u/s 107 etc. Also note that he BOASTS support of MLA n MP and all Govt Officers, Press etc. Life has become hell for me and living everyday itself is a struggle
i am ready to accept what the court decides about my property. BUT Now please tell me how can i safeguard myself and my property Legally and otherwise (police, minority commission quasi legal bodies ETC).
BASICALLY how to tackle his illegal threthening, manipulation etc.
