I bought flat 9 years back from builder. But don't have sale deed related to it. Now the builder partnership firm got desolved due to that he is denying to do sale deed. Also property tax is coming under builders name. I have possession letter, NOC from builder, light bill under my name. Also I am paying my society maintenance under my name.
This property comes under gram panchayat. If I want property tax to be generated on my name then do I need sale deed or is their any other provision to transfer this property on my name ?
