I have a question and want expert advise. Actually 30-35 years ago my grand father purchased an agriculture land (in presense of Tehsildaar and another two witness as well as with stamp-paper) from SC person and paid to him that time amount, But now his son enrolled a complaint in Tehsil that my grand father cultivating his agriculture land forcefully. We have all related documents such as stamp paper or sell letter with his (SC Person) thumb and attested by Tehsildaar. So please guide me what we can do and what is the solution?
