My Uncle was working in a Govt Deptt. of West Bengal and he was Pensioner. Can I make to SBI,Branch to make application under RTI to know
1) Whether Late. XXXX had Pension Account with your bank Branch?
2) What was his last Pension withdrawal date?
Can I make this application asking the above information without asking any information related to account.
