I am planning to buy a property in Bangalore, but after checking the details I found one of the boudaries marked in the schedule is wrong. The property was sold to the first party by a Housing Society 25 years ago and not sure about the existence of the President of the Housing Society, who signed the property. How can I get a rectification deed? The person from whom I am buying the property is dead and his wife is selling the property.
Can I give a ad in the newspaper-regarding this mistake and get a notarized affidavit and register it..
