Dear all,
Can we claim for refund of stamp duty which has been paid extra by mistake. If yes then kindly provide me the judgement details or the provision in law that refunds the extra stamp duty paid by a company by mistake. The law must be binding in uttar pradesh.

First u see what's amount u write in document. by mistake.u paid extra stamp duty this is your mistake, so please u contect local lawyer otherwise u contect authority person of this department.
