After my grandparents and my father passed away, we are five co-sharer / co-pattadar (myself, my mother, and two uncles) of our ancestral land in Assam. My first uncle wants to take some nominal money from me and give his share of land to me. My question is, can a release deed be executed between me and my fisrt uncle only, without involvoing my 2nd uncle and my mother in the preocess?
