Dear Experts,
I want some information on a rental agreement.
I am planning to rent a property for commercial purpose. If I sign an agreement with the tenant for 10 years, will there be any legal issues in the future?
Another clarfication rental agreement, what is the minimum or safe duration period for which an rental agreement can be signed.

Normal course of agreement will be made for 11 months. every succecuent year the agreement will be made fresh and with rent highs.
