How safe is a "leave and license" agreement in protecting the interest of the owner of the property in Goa?
In practical terms, if a non-resident owner of property rents out under a leave and license agreement, and the "tenant" refuses to vacate the property due to "clout", what is the simple remedy to the owner, other than going through a possibly long judicial process?
Basically, I am looking for a "practical" answer, and not a "pure legal" one?
