Right to legal practice.

Now so many legal portal are in avail and legal service are rendered online. sometimes the service providers collect money for their service and Advocates are engaged by unknown person. Is it correct under Advocates Act 1961 or else be the Act amended suitably. In the era of electronics, how legal profession can be legally glorified. I wish a discussion over this common cause.

Legal service through legal port  is rendered to clients  by lawyer or group of lawyers or law firm . This type of service is commonly rendered  through  online or dailies or weekllies or magazines with the intention of helping poor clients. but online  legal service rendered by firm or association  which is formed by person/s those are not advocates is not poossible by appointing  or engaging lawyers to third parties. Mediators or brokers are not allowed between advocates and clients as per advocate act 1961
