Rotten Judicial System & Corrupt Judges.

For over 60 yrs. Indian public is victim of willy politicians and rotten judicial system making it impossible to get justice with in reasonable time. It takes life time to get a judgement in a case. Still it was shocking when CJI ruled out setting up of 4 Regional Supreme Court benches proposed by the law ministry fearing loosing power. Not only this CJI feals that he/she is god and not answerable  to any human being  and therefore not under the ambit of RTI and do not want to declare their assets.

When the person at the level of CJI behaves this way what one can expect from the judiciary down the line.

Can some one suggest a solution to deal with such sitiuations ?
