Axis Bank Fort Mumbai is asking me to give an indemnity bond to get my deceased mother's FDs where I am Nominee. After 11 months of constant harassment by misleading, wasting time and giving run around...finally the bank has responded to our legal notices.
I am facing difficulty getting a Rs500 stamp paper to give indemnity bond....
Please advice how can I get Rs500 stamp paper of Mumbai area to be sent to Delhi where my lawyer is located so he can draft indemnity bond . I donot live in Maharastra.
