RTI and Pvt Companies

Respected Member,

Please enlighten me about the RTI Act and its applicability on Pvt Companies in India. Especially, in the reference of section 2(f) and 2(h) of the RTI Act also, guide me for latest judgments on this if any by CIC/SC.
