Sir,
I have filed some RTI to get some information from my Office. The PIO has not answered for some questions properly. In response to one question they Answer was N.A. i.e., Not Applicable. After that my Boss issued me a letter and threating me not file any RTI in future, otherwise she will take necessary action against me. Can I file a case against her in the court.
Let me know and what is the procedure.
