in a PSU under central govt (fully owned). RTI applicatio is recieved with court fee stamp of 10 rs.
As per central RTI rules it is not a mode of payment but as per state RTI rules ( Maharashtra in instant case) court fee stamp is accepted .
PIO has asked if he can accept such RTI application or ask for payment in mode prescribed by central rule viz. cheque , cash, dd or IPO.
